Leadformance is a start-up launched in 2007. With a total of 30 young, ambitious and passionate employees spanning from 7 different nationalities, it is now expanding in France and internationally. Leadformance currently handles over 60 clients such as McDonald's, Orange, Darty, Boulanger, Bouygues Telecom, France Loisirs, Norauto, Hygena, Millet, 1-2-3 Etam, Gitem, Optical Center, Castorama, Havas Voyages, etc.
Based in Paris and near Geneva, Leadformance publishes a “Software as a Service” solution which links and generates traffic from a brand’s website to its network of points of sale (online2offline lead generation).
Founded by Pierre-André POCHON, Cyril LAURENT and George KOUKIS, Chairman of Temenos, Leadformance was the Winner of the "Best Innovation" Prize at the E-commerce Paris Awards 2010 and recently partnered with Groupe PagesJaunes.
You’ll work within Leadformance’s salesforce and you’ll report directly to the Sales Manager and to the General Management of Leadformance. Your mission will consist in developing the international client portfolio and also capturing new clients. You will be in charge of one or various key industries; you will target big brands and brand names wanting to develop their sales in physical stores. Your point of contact will be Web, Internet, E-commerce or Marketing Managers or Executives
Leadformance’s sales team will take responsibility for your integration and your training. Its offices are ideally located in l’Etoile, Paris. The atmosphere is friendly and enthusiastic and the company offers opportunities for career advancement.
We offer an attractive salary with a package according to your experience, between 80 and 100 K€ with reached objectives. It is made up of a relatively high base salary plus unlimited commissions. Extras such as health insurance and transport fees are also included in this package.
Bilingual or native English speaker, you have a master’s degree or equivalent in sales and management. The knowledge of another language (Spanish, German etc) is an excellent asset in terms of career development.
You also have valuable experience in B2B customer development in a software editing company or an agency (web agency, SEO, SEM, lead generation..) and you are specialised in long sales cycles negotiated through high level representatives.
